Trinkets

Spiders spin across the shelf. They're mine but act alone. They clutch at trinkets and I'm an accomplice. My pocket is heavy.

    I chose this piece because it came quickly and naturally. Out of the half dozen or so I wrote I liked this one best.

    I love this piece. I like how each piece spins us in a new way, so nice that you use the word "spin" in the first sentence. And the last sentence really makes it, I think.
